These terms apply to the website inningsstudio.com and to the Android apps and games published on Google Play under the developer name inningsstudio.com (the "Apps"). The Apps are owned and operated by Badal Kumar Satapathy, sole proprietor of Innings Studio, No 404, 4th Main Road, AECS Layout, Singasandra, Sai Ram Motor DS, Bangalore, Karnataka 560068, India.

1. Use of the Apps

The Apps are free to download from Google Play. By installing or using an App you agree to these terms and to the Google Play Terms of Service. You may use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Advertising

The Apps show advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ad content is provided by third parties; we are not responsible for products advertised by them.

3. Payments

We do not currently charge for any App or in-app item. If paid features are introduced, they will be sold only through Google Play Billing at the price shown in the App, and Google Play's payment terms will apply. We never ask for card, UPI or bank details.

4. Intellectual property

The Apps, their names, artwork and code belong to Innings Studio. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.

5. Limitation of liability

The Apps are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Innings Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Apps.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
