Refund & Cancellation Policy

Current position

All Innings Studio apps and games are free to download and contain no paid items, so no payment is collected from users and no refund is normally needed.

If paid in-app items are introduced

• Purchases will be made only through Google Play Billing. Innings Studio does not collect payment directly.
• Refunds: within 48 hours of purchase you can request a refund from Google Play (play.google.com → Order history → Request a refund). After 48 hours, email us at inningsstudio.in@gmail.com with your Google Play order ID (GPA.xxxx) and we will review the request within 5 working days. Approved refunds are processed by Google Play to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 7 working days.
• Cancellation of subscriptions: you can cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, and no further charge is made.
• Digital items are delivered instantly inside the app. Nothing is shipped.
